Changing the world one breath at a time! Believe it or not, I am a retired Police Sergeant turned Registered Nurse, Licensed Esthetician, co-owner of Pure Image Laser and Spa, and CEO of Residency Aesthetics (RA). I am passionate about changing the aesthetic industry.

I remember a very well respected physician asking me how soon someone could get into to my office at the spa for injections and I told him if not same day, it was certainly within the week. He said something to me that lit a fire inside of me in the world of aesthetic injecting. He mentioned that it was challenging for patients to be booked for injectables at his office due to staffing concerns. (Mentioning that sometimes it could take weeks before there was availability)

I started noticing that I was contacted on a weekly if not a daily basis by medical professionals asking me how to get started in the industry, would I train them, could I grab coffee and answer questions. I started doing some consulting and found several of my clients were business owners looking for ways to increase revenue in their business without increasing overhead costs. Always wanting to help, I went on a mission to find a solution and RA was born!

I am on a mission to change the world of aesthetics. Anyone can take a weekend course. Anyone can be trained how to draw up neurotoxins and administer them. But what you don’t learn in all these weekend trainings is how to build your medical aesthetics practice confidently, safely, and successfully. You don’t get the hands on experience many offices are looking for before they hire you. Additionally, several businesses can benefit by having a licensed medical professional come in and deliver a service they don’t offer. I call this the build business together platform! Together, we can create employment for injectors, add additional revenue for your business, and enjoy the journey of success together!
